Metal Supply Experts GmbH (MSE) is a Swiss commission agent for cross-border commodity trade, based in Walchwil, Canton Zug (CHE-298.384.297, founded 2018). Under a single mandate, MSE structures and executes the whole transaction on the principal's behalf - in the principal's name or its own - under Art. 425–438 of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Counterparties, margin, financing and know-how stay with the principal; MSE earns a defined commission.

Three disciplines are held at once on every mandate: sector expertise, terminal and logistics infrastructure, and trading infrastructure - Swiss-law SPVs, trade finance and collateral structures, sanctions and AML screening, CBAM, ISCC EU and RED III compliance.

Sectors: metals and alloys (aluminium, ferroalloys, non-ferrous and strategic metals), mining and mineral-asset investment, building materials (cement, clinker), energy commodities and biofuels, critical and advanced materials (battery metals, micropowders, ceramics), and fertilisers. No dual-use goods.

Engagements for producers, terminal operators, industrial holdings, speciality manufacturers, trading houses and investment vehicles across Western Europe, CEE, Central Asia, the Middle East and the Americas. Founder Sergey Belskiy: 30+ years of C-level commodity leadership, P&L of about USD 10B a year, direction of ≈8% of global primary aluminium flows.
