The Envision Partnership (formerly VISION Executive Search) is a Retained Executive Search firm and part of the global IIC Partners group.
Originally founded in Canada in 1997 and based in Dubai since 2005, the firm has positioned itself among the leaders in the field of retained executive search in the MENA region. Retained executive search is a specialized form of management consulting that is a research-based, targeted search for the best fit between candidate and client. Our prime goal is to assist our clients in identifying, attracting, selecting, securing, retaining & coaching senior executive talents.
